In workplaces, women are vital partners in fostering a culture of respect, inclusivity and professionalism. In line with National Women's Month, nagsagawa tayo ng seminar na "Gender Sensitivity and Women's Rights in the Workplace: Focus on Respect and Safe Work Environment" kasama ang ilang RPG employees from different offices. Layunin nitong palakasin ang awareness sa gender sensitivity, i-promote ang respect at equality at igalang ang women's right sa workplace.
Thanks to our Office of the Provincial Human Resource Management Officer, in coordination with the Office of the Provincial Legal Officer and the Office of the Provincial Social Welfare and Development Officer. With this initiative, the RPG continues to promote a safe, respectful and empowering workplace for everyone.
