Rizal Board Members Jun Cabitac and Ross Glenn Gongora, representing RIZAL GOVERNOR REBECCA “NINI” YNARES, are joined by Taytay Mayor Joric Gacula, Vice-Mayor Mitch Bermundo and SB Members, Provincial Social and Welfare Development Officer and staff, and other local officials, as they congratulate the centenarian of the locality and present the Plaque of Recognition and Php 100,000 cash reward to Juliana Pulumbarit, who reach 100 years old for her longevity per SP Ordinance No. 03, s. 2019. This is aside from the P100,000.00 cash gift they’ll receive in compliance to the Centenarians Act of 2016.
