RIZAL GOVERNOR NINI YNARES delivers her message during the Seminar Kabataan Kontra Kriminalidad, Droga at Terorismo at Antipolo National High School in Brgy. Sta. Cruz, Antipolo City with 350 attendees. Along with the Governor is Rizal PNP Provincial Director PCol. Renato Alba, other police officers and school officials. The seminar encourages the youth to focus on their studies and steer clear of drugs which associates to criminal activities and terrorism.
