The Guronasyon Foundation and Awards was established by the late Congressman Gilberto “Bibit” Duavit and my father, Gov. Ito Ynares to recognize our dear Rizalenyo teachers hardwork, dedication and unmatched passion for teaching and to encourage them even more to give their all for our children.
