Rizal Governor Nini Ynares delivers her inspirational message to the graduating tech/voc students of TESDA-Rizal, during graduation ceremonies held recently at TESDA-Taytay. Aptly themed: “Patuloy na Paglinang ng Kasanayang Teknikal…Daan sa Maunlad na Kinabukasan,” the event was also attended by members of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, Taytay First Lady Madam Joan Gacula representing Mayor Joric Gacula, and other local officials of Taytay.
